Client: American Marketing Association, Baltimore chapter is a professional organization for those who work, teach and study in the field of marketing. It has 70 local professional chapter across North America.
Challenges: Shorten and modernize marketing materials for the Baltimore chapter’s AMA mentorship program. Grow the program to involve more mentors and mentees. xtraBrandwidth worked with a local designer to produce a roadmap themed brochure that helped guide mentors and mentees through the program. xtraBrandwidth also wrote recruiting emails for both mentors and mentees.
Results: By combining graphic design with the text, xtraBrandwidth was able to shorten the existing brochure by over 50 percent, while conveying the essential information. The mentor emails attracted a 10% increase in mentors over the previous year. Mentee recruitment was so successful that there was a waitlist.
